Conditions of Entry – Militaria Fairs

By entering the venue, all visitors, traders, and staff agree to comply with the following Conditions of Entry. These conditions are in place to ensure the safety, legality, and enjoyment of all attendees.

  1. Right of Admission
    Militaria Fairs reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the venue without refund if, in the reasonable opinion of the organisers, their behaviour is unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, or in breach of these Conditions of Entry.
  1. Legal Compliance
    All items brought into, displayed, sold, or purchased at the event must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, laws relating to legal possession and the legal right to sell such items. Responsibility for compliance rests solely with the individual in possession of or trading the item.
  1. Searches
    Militaria Fairs reserves the right to conduct bag, case, or personal searches as a condition of entry. Refusal to comply with a search may result in denial of entry or removal from the event.
  1. Children
    Children are welcome to attend but must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a responsible adult. Militaria Fairs accepts no responsibility for the supervision of children.
  1. Trading and Sales
    All sales and transactions are conducted solely at the discretion of individual traders. Militaria Fairs has no involvement in, and no responsibility for, the sale of any item, including but not limited to: Pricing, Description, Authenticity, Condition, Legality.
    All items are sold entirely at the discretion of the individual trader, and any agreement or dispute is strictly between the buyer and the seller.
  1. Behaviour and Conduct
    Aggressive, threatening, abusive, or intoxicated behaviour will not be tolerated. Any individual behaving in a manner that endangers others or disrupts the event may be removed immediately.
  1. Photography and Recording
    Photography and video recording may take place at the event for promotional or security purposes. By entering, you consent to being filmed or photographed. Personal photography is permitted unless otherwise stated by the organiser or venue.  Photography and video for commercial purposes is not permitted without written permission from the organisers.
  1. Liability
    Militaria Fairs accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property, nor for any transactions or disputes arising between traders and buyers. Attendance is at the individual’s own risk, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
  1. Changes and Updates
    Militaria Fairs reserves the right to amend these Conditions of Entry at any time. The most current version will apply at the time of entry and will be available on our website at www.militariafairs.com/conditions-of-entry/
